Poor grades can not affect my Christmas spirit.I shall not allow them to.
However I am not equally imune to rain.It ruined my plans.I was going to go check out details about a jazz concert... but the combination of icy wind and anything-but-refreshing rain made up my mind for me.There is a good chance I will miss the concert and I am doing my best to avoid the idea - although it obsesses me with the fierceness of a comercial tune.
Moving on to more pleasant subjects: Christmas Break is just around the corner and this is the only time of the year that brings along both quiet and peaceful times with loved ones(24, 25...possibly 26) and New Year's Eve Parties which are a part of contemporary culture so I don't consider it necessary to expand on the matter any further.
As a side note:I have already started: "storing" good movies and good books and enjoying Sinatra, Dean martin and nat King Cole,
I recommend you do the same for it is after all "the most wonderful time of the year..."
